Return skin depth as a function of frequency and conductivity.
The skin depth \(\delta\) (m) is given by
(32)¶\[\delta = \sqrt{\frac{2}{\omega\sigma\mu}}\ ,\]where \(\omega=2\pi f\) is angular frequency of frequency \(f\) (Hz), \(\sigma\) is conductivity (S/m), and \(\mu=\mu_\rm{r}\mu_0\) is magnetic permeability (H/m).
